LCA (Adrian Lizarraga) explores the art of human interaction with digital technologies. Originally a percussionist and experimental electronic music composer and performer, LCA's recent introduction to the art of circuit bending led him to discover a new way of visual expression, showcasing images of our world through glitchy, broken and distorted pixels of modified digital cameras. Similar to his musical endeavors, which heavily relies on uncertainty and generative strategies, his images are directly impacted by the way the short-circuited chips will react to visual conditions, frequently bringing forth unexpected results.
